Every check Semantyx runs, grouped by category. Each one has its own severity and fix suggestion when a problem is found.

Indexability (10)

  • robots.txt allows crawling
  • robots meta tag doesn't block indexing
  • X-Robots-Tag header check
  • Canonical tag present and self-referential where appropriate
  • No redirect chains > 2 hops
  • No 4xx / 5xx on linked pages
  • Sitemap.xml exists and is referenced in robots.txt
  • Sitemap is well-formed XML
  • Sitemap URLs all return 200
