Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel from the billing portal, what happens to your data, and our refund policy.

You can cancel any time and we don't make it hard. Here's what to expect.

How to cancel

  • Go to /settings/billing.
  • Click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Click Cancel subscription.

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund for unused time.

Refunds

We don't auto-refund — but if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and you've barely used the service that period, email support@semantyxintel.com and we'll consider it case by case. We've approved most of these.

Your data after cancellation

  • Your projects and crawl history stay accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation.
  • After 30 days, your projects are deleted.
  • Your account itself is kept (so you can re-subscribe) unless you explicitly delete it from account settings.
  • Billing records are retained 7 years for tax compliance.
